This perfume was hotly debated and many people proclaimed that this must be the end for Frederic Malle – to believe that this is a masterpiece and to associated the name of Maurice Roucel with the story of “personal fragrance”. But I must admit that in quick sniffs you do not get it – you need more time, you need to live with this perfume. And although it is not my daily driver, I can see many people for whom it can be as an elevated luxury.
