This is the third perfume formula i try to recreate, I wanted to study a chypre type formula and I was in love with Gris Dior, so i put a suggestion on the site for the perfume to be analyzed. A few weeks later i get an e-mail telling me that the formula is now available, seconds later i bought it. So i brainstorm, get EVERYTHING that is stated in the formula and i finally made it. I had the original lying around, and it is the same! I smell something different in the first minutes, but since only 24 hours have passed i highly believe that it needs to macerate and rest a little and it will be identical, although after those minutes pass it becomes the identical. I trust Filipe and his work blindly.

There are few other perfumes that are so non-descriptive that they just merge just like a comfortable beige cashmere sweater – you wear it and it feels so natural that you feel you don’t wear anything. This is the feeling with this – neither patchouli, nor rose. The formula seems very accurate to the original (although I have not compared 1:1). Personally it is not my regular day wear – it is something that will be treasured for the days when I want to wear something that I forget I wear.
