In general, it is a very good formula. I am happy with the result although I did not achieve a result identical to the original. I believe this is due to 2 key factors. First and foremost I could not get Australian Sandalwood Oil, and although I replaced it with the better (and more expensive) Mysore Sandalwood Oil, the spirit is not the same. Secondly I obviously had to replace the Serenolide (Givaudan Captive). In this case I did it with Helvetolide, which seemed a reasonable alternative and I notice it different and very invasive.
I think the formula has a lot of Cashmeran in it as well. It might be half.
I had a lot of fun and learned quite a bit about some of the ingredients. It’s really worth it.
