It’s quite nice and fresh and similar to the original but I miss the peppery/woodsy notes in the background. Perhaps I need to wait for couple of days more before I smell it again. Then I might decide to add a bit of pink pepper oil.

The formula by itself is fantastic and long lasting. But substitute the Pieapple with Mago, Passion Fruit, or Guave and you will soon realize were you can take this formula to. Unlimited podsibilities.

This is a bit of a fruitier take on Aventus but by no means is that a bad thing this formula is absolutely lovely, I am able to take it in quite a few directions. Best reformulation so far for me…fun to experiment with….love it!

This formula is a lighter/ethereal version of Aventus. It is a good take on Aventus but lacks the projecting woods in my opinion. I am aware of Creeds infamous batch variations but several of the batches I have smelled all have the projecting woods. This is a beautiful formula none the less, one that we can tweak till our heart’s content.

This is my new favorite . I don’t stop wearing this parfum. This is a beautiful formula that can be adapted to be more or less fruity. If you like the fresh not ripe fruit smell this is for you.

I’ve tried many different iteration of the original Aventus by sampling different batches, and I’ve tried at least 6 or 7 clones, so I’m pretty familiar with the “Aventus family” fragrances. I’ve tried a lot of different free demo formulas from the web, but I have to admit that this one is probably the most accurate formula that I’ve found so far. Still I think It needs some hard work to get there, especially in the base notes. Anyway this is a very good starting point and it really gets you in the right direction.

Hey there, I appreciate your feedback! Keep in mind that Original Aventus contains a captive version of Helvetolide/Ambroxan, which makes up 1/4 of the formula. Cr**d fragrances are known to be complex, including proprietary bases and several trace ingredients (below 0.05% – 0.001%) that can significantly impact the final scent, but these traces are almost impossible to detect with GCMS analysis accurately due to the error threshold. I try my best to make the formulas with the highest quality possible, however, some technical limitations are beyond my work!
