Le Lion is one of my fav fragrances. Smelling them side by side I can say that this formula is about 90% close to the original. It lacks a bit the depth and also the leathery aspects are not very obvious compared to the original, maybe some increse of the Castoreum and adding Butyl Quin Sec and Methyl Ionone Beta could help. Also the quantity of bergamot and lemon might be too much since the opening is quite strong in them compared to the original Le Lion. Maybe it will get even closer after some maceration. Good formula overall and nice to see the turning point which completely changed the direction of the fragrance.
