My first MK fragrance, never smelled the original but this one is very good. Not too rosy but very well balanced so far.

Facinating to see the use of sweet notes

This fragrance is known to last seemingly forever when worn or sprayed on clothes from MFK. When looking at the formula its evident why with how much ethyl maltol is used but how its used as an accord so you don’t get the overwhelming strawberry jam smell when mixed with all the other ingredients. Great recreation of this scent.

I absolutely agree with jpstaff, the unimaginable overdose of ethyl maltol, mixed with the other compounds, produces a formidable alchemy and it is from this that an apprentice perfumer learns from the masters. Beautiful formula, great fragrance.
