As many said, “black” is only the name. It is not dark at all. Yes there is woods but the sandalwood dominates them and is there to bring a really cool, creamy, dry longevity to this juicy perfume. Because this formula is a trully surprising summer scent. Not a freshy, more a tropical one with a really cool fruity opening you can go in many direction playing with the fruity notes, either they are in the formula or not (herbanate, tropicalia, allyl heptaonate, …). Nice one !
