I’ve always wanted to look under the hood of this perfume. This was a super recreation which I wear daily.

I’ve never smelled this perfume before, but I’ve always read very enthusiastic and positive reviews, so I decided to find out what this fragrance was like and what its formula was hiding. I had no doubts that Filipe pulled another rabbit out of the hat, and in fact after mixing the ingredients and waiting a few weeks for them to macerate, a wonderful amber scent came out, the best I’ve ever smelled to date. I must honestly say that I don’t perceive any “desert air” (I’ve lived and worked for months in the Sahara desert and in the adjacent cities), but only a fragrance with a fantastic mix of cedar woods softened by an evident amber note with spices on top. Really brilliant, I love it.

I made V1.0 some time ago and it seemed a bit rough at that time, but I just made V2.0 and it is excellent! This is a lovely dry amber fragrance with pleasant spice, herb and floral elements. Interestingly, there is no IsoE, hedion or musk. It is easy to wear with moderate projection and very good longevity. I highly recommend this as an every day fragrance for cool weather. Maybe even warmer weather as it has no potentially cloying sweetness. Well done!
