Perfect Graoefruit/Ambroxan juice. Sometimes I wish it will not change over time. This is one of them. So juicy, so delicious. I love it, even though I had to substitute two ingredients (hard to come by).

Another educational foray. Various tweaks to it can be made to add a more tart, juicy grapefruit note while still playing nice with the amber.
